| The kit uses the xylenol orange method, enhanced with a masking agent, to improve the endpoint. A tablet is used to adjust the pH to the 2.5-3.1 required for the test. A separate acid is included for very highly buffered waters. The kit also contains a Fluoride inhibitor reagent. | |
