MSDS - Find it on our website or on a CD

Question: How can I get a Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) for my LaMotte kits?

Answer: There are four ways for you to acquire an MSDS for a particular chemical.

1) Website: Current versions can be accessed anytime on our website at www.lamotte.com by entering the kit code or reagent code numbers.

2) CD-ROM: In the summer of 2003, we will include an MSDS CD-ROM in certain kits. The CD-ROM contains every MSDS available from LaMotte. We recommend you keep the disks for future reference.

3) Telephone/FAX Request: You may request an individual MSDS or CD-ROM with all LaMotte MSDS by calling our customer service department (410-344-3100) or faxing your request to (410-778-6394). MSDS can be faxed, e-mailed, or delivered by mail. Note your name, complete address, phone number, kit or reagent code numbers, and how you want to receive the MSDS (fax, mail, e-mail attachment, CD-ROM). CD-ROMs will be mailed.

4) E-mail Request: You may request an MSDS by emailing our marketing department at mkt@lamotte.com. Note your name, complete address, phone number, kit or reagent code numbers, and how you want to receive the MSDS (fax, mail, e-mail attachment, CD-ROM). CD-ROMs will be mailed.

Updates will always be available on the website. Each MSDS is reviewed every three years. If a product ingredient or regulatory information changes, it is updated and posted on the website immediately.
