Insta-LINK® Home Basic 2.0 App & Advanced Subscription
The Insta-LINK® Home Advanced internet-based subscription program in conjunction with the Home Basic 2.0 app allows iPhone owners the ability to photo-scan Insta-Test® pool and spa test strips, eliminating the need to visually determine slight color variations. The program also has a manual pool and spa testing entry option that allows any user of a smartphone, PC or internet connected device to enter results from any test kits or test strips.
In just seconds, the program analyzes the water testing result and returns safe, step by step pool or spa chemical treatment recommendations along with their local retailer’s chemical products. If the user needs chemicals or other items they can “order ahead” by emailing the results to their local Insta-LINK dealer. The program saves test results and plots trends from previous water tests on a graph.
A dealer can register to become an Insta-LINK Dealer which allows them to enter their pool and spa chemicals into the program. If a customer chooses an Insta-LINK Dealer than their products are recommended and links the dealer with the homeowner. This link gives the dealer the ability to communicate with their Insta-LINK customers by sending emails, sale specials or other information that will guide their customers in achieving perfect water balance with fewer hassles.
Another unique feature includes an equipment list of items used on the pool or spa such as motor, pump, filter, chlorine (salt) generator, alternative sanitizer (mineral system, ozonator, uv) and auto cleaner. The equipment log will be helpful for easy reference on the customer’s smartphone in case something breaks and parts are needed for the particular item.
The Insta-LINK program will mean users will be proactive with testing and better understand the complexities and importance of proper water balance. They will enjoy their balanced pool or spa far more. By using this program it will protect the pool or spa owner’s investment by enabling constant ideal water balance, timely maintenance of equipment and keeping complete records.
